Nakeba Mason Virtual Executive Assistant (“we,” “us,” “our”) values your privacy and collects only the details required to respond to enquiries and deliver Executive Assistant services.

1. What we collect

When you submit the website contact form or book a call through Appointlet we ask for your name, email address, phone number, company name and any project notes you choose to share. We do not collect payment-card numbers, run mailing lists or place advertising pixels.

2. How we use that information

  • to reply to your enquiry and schedule a discovery call;

  • to draft proposals, contracts and invoices if you decide to work with us;

  • to carry out Executive Assistant work under any signed agreement.
     

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data only when you have given clear consent (for example by submitting the form or booking a call) or when it is necessary to perform the contract you sign with us.
 

4. Who sees your data

We never sell or trade your information. It is shared only with a small group of trusted service providers that help run the business:

  • Appointlet – manages calendar bookings;

  • Google Workspace – handles email and file storage in encrypted form;

  • Stripe / PayPal – processes invoice payments if applicable.

Each provider is bound by confidentiality or data-processing terms that protect your information.
 

5. Storage and retention

All client files are kept in a private, encrypted Google Drive accessible only to Nakeba Mason. Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after twelve months. Signed contracts and invoices are retained for six years to meet accounting obligations.
 

6. Your rights

You may at any time email hello@nakebamason.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or object to further use. When a retainer ends, working files are returned or erased within fourteen days unless a longer period is required by law.
 

7. Cookies

This Wix-hosted site uses only essential cookies so pages display correctly and the booking widget functions. You can block cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
 

8. International clients

Although we serve founders worldwide, we are located in Barbados and primarily store data there. Any data handled by the third-party services named above is protected by industry-standard security measures.
 

9. Changes to this policy

If our privacy practices change, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date.
